
Travel - fitness on the fly...
Do you love to exercise but struggle to fit it in when you're on the road (or on holiday)?
For us, travel definitely doesn't mean leaving our trainers at home. Frankly, for us anyway, if it did, we'd be skipping exercise for maybe half the year!
We've found several ways to ensure that we fit exercise into our day when we're in our campervan and we get to train in some incredibly beautiful spots.

Sometimes it's running, sometimes yoga, sometimes a little resistance training with low-impact cardio and very often with our dog. Sometimes we have unlimited space and amazing paths on which to run but very often we're somewhere we don't know and don't have a lot of safe space to train in. We try not to give ourselves excuses not to train so we have learned to adapt our things a bit and anything from 20 minutes of quality training counts - we just make it count!

For the most part, we can't bring any extra gear with us as our campervan essentials and motorhome must haves take up enough space and weigh more than enough.
​
So, all you need is good trainers, a yoga mat, a stretch band or two and you're away (quite literally!)
